Hi,
I am here in states on l1 visa,which is valid untill feb 2016. I want to do my masters from united states. I am located in denver and i found that university college in university of denver offer MAS (Master of advance Studies,which is different than MS degree) degree for working adults. This university is a private non profit university.I have following questions.
1.Would MAS degree be considered for H1b visa exempt(which is 20k for people who does their masters from uS) category?
2.If my L1b visa expires or my employer decides to call me back,can i get my L1b visa converted to F1 visa without going to my home country?
3.what are the requirements to get OPT?
Any help on above questions would be highly appreciated.
