Pasport No Surname, L2 Visa with FNU, i94 Correct - How to apply EAD ??

Hi All, Pls help on below query ?? URGENT !!

My wife travelled on L2B visa. Her Correct name is First Name - ANNA and Last Name - WILLS
Her Passport -:
SURNAME - BLANK
GIVEN NAME- ANNA WILLS

L2 B VISA -:
SURNAME - ANNA WILLS
GIVEN NAME- FNU

i94 -:
Lastname/Surname : WILLS
First (Given) Name : ANNA

She's been to US previuosly and she's having SSN with name - ANNA WILLS, now am planning to file EAD for her. Pls suggest what name should I keep there ?
What document they are going to validate for name ? Its i94 or L2 Visa ??

Or should I go for passport correction first and make it to "Surname - WILLS" and "Given Name - ANNA".

Pls reply !! How much time it takes to get the EAD ??

H1b visa have applied through TCS(tata consultancy sevices)

I have working in TCS.have applied H1B visa at 2013-2014 cab.my pet ion was approved but i have got only 50 days validity only(7th FEb 2014)please give me optimal solution for that.Because i have changed my project so LCA mandatory and its takes some time.So my management was told that ?you have to apply new pet ion .is it correct way?If i apply like that my pet ion might not be cont in the cap is it correct?
how many are there for H1b visa pet ion validity?
Please give solution as early as possible
