Query : L1 A to Green Card

Hi,

I am on L1 A & Employer is not willing to file green Card for me. Can I file the green card application on individual base Or via Employer is mandatory?

If you are filing under EB1 as Multinational executive/manager you would need an employer to do so. You may be able to file a self petition if you are person of extra ordinary ability or outstanding researcher and professor.
