I have little stammering, just wanted know if this will an issue? Also if this is not an issue, conveying to them before start of the Interview would be fine or not or how do I convey them the same?

As long as it doesn't affect your pronunciation and clarity of speech it should not be a big issue. There are lot many more factors that decide the outcome.
