Reclaim L1 Visa validity after 221G

Hi, I appeared for PAI in Chennai for my L1 extension stamping on march 23, 2012 and it went for 221G processing. I got my visa stamped on October 4, 2013 after 19 months wait time and the visa is stamped only until Jan 30, 2014 which is as per my I797. Is it possible to reclaim the time (20 months) that I waited for the entire processing. If so, can I apply that in India?

Is it L1B individual petition? If yes, am afraid , you would need to get a new I797 with newer date sand re attend the interview.
