L1 A or B which is approrpiate?

I am a program manager with MNC with head quarters in the US. I will be soon moving to the US to work there via L1 visa. I do not have an Org (no one reports in to me) because my role is more of working with various teams horizontally to track key programs and drive them to success. I may report in to a Sr Manager or Director level employee in US.

Should I apply only as L1 B ? with special skill?

Both L1A and L1B server different purpose, its not this OR that. Your immigration team along with your Project team should be able to answer that question for you.
