Unutilized L1B (Blanket) Visa

I currently have a valid L1-B (Blanket) Visa. I got this visa 8 months back and its valid till May 2016. This visa is still unutilized.
Now there are no position for US travel for the client X.

My question is: Can I use the same visa to travel for a different client and to different location.

Note: My L1B petition says that I will be providing services for our Client X @ Location A.

L1B Blanket visa is generally not client dependent or location dependent. If yours specifically mentioned a client and location you would need an LCA for a different client and location.
