  • Traveling & Stamping after L1 Extension is Approved

L1 Visa expired in September 2013 and Extension process is in progress. Currently, case resumed from RFE status.
Suppose, if L1 Extension gets approved (in website) in 1st week of Feb 2014,
    1. what's the earliest time one can travel out of country (for vacation) & get the stamping done.
    2. What papers are required for the Traveling & Stamping process? (since we don't hold a visa right now).

L1B Extension approval while in US technically only extends your Status and I-94. So when you go out of US , you would need to get a new stamping done.
        1. You can travel any time.
        2. The same papers that you carried on with you as for the first time L1 stamping, https://www.immihelp.com/l1-visa-stamping-documents/

This is my opinion not legal advice.
