  • L1A Blanket Visa

    All,

I am going for L1A Blanket visa stamping in this month. I have 10 years 6 months of experience and working in a reputed company and the salary is mentioned as $89193 / year. I am PMP certified and ITIL certified.

Is the salary and experience enough for L1A?

What should I concentrate on my visa interview?

Though important, VO would be looking at things beyond only experience and salary. Look at the experiences section in this forum to have an idea of kind of questions VO ask to L1A aspirants. http://www.immihelp.com/l1-l2-visa-experiences/

Assuming its not for a fresh office L1A requirement, I would say its a mix of role , hierarchy in organization, number of reportees in US and outside, nature of work done by them. Experience and salary are generally to cross check these . Though subjective, but for example, a Program Manager of good seniority would obviously be getting a salary in line with or above market.

This is my opinion not legal advice
