Hi,
I have a master's degree from US and worked for 1 year(2008) under H1B. After that, I didn't reside in US till now except for 2 weeks on B1
visa. I have F1 visa for Ph.D. Now, I am getting married and my spouse has L1 visa and I have a couple of questions regarding L2 visa.
1) What are all the documents required for L2 visa interview? Does holding an F1 visa currently will impact L2 interview any way?
2) Since I have SSN card and worked in US before, Do I still have to apply for EAD? If yes, Can I apply for it even before entering US Which service center should I apply if I am going to stay in boston?
