L1B Rejected with No 221g

Hi ,

I havent got a 221g when my Visa got rejected. Is that given always ?

If yes, how can I get it now ?

If not, can I re-apply without a 221g ?

What you mean you havent got a 221G? A refusal means 221G. 221 G is just a Clause under 8 CFR. If they wanted additional documents they would have given you a form or told otherwise.

If you re apply in same category, one of the things you have to fill in DS-160 is whether you were refused US visa any time, and you would have to say YES. And you would have to give reason, the reason would be 221G - not clearly approvable.

Once rejected under 221G you can technically re apply but without substantial change in underlying documents, a refusal again is a given.

I just have a i129S stamped with "Not CLearly Appprovable"

Now my company is asking me where is 221g go find the reason for rejection. I was not given any. Can i get from somewhere ?
