Can I submit the second DS-160 form?

Hi,

I made a mistake while filing a DS-160 form. I am filing for my wife's L2B Visa and I entered my work experience and my educational qualifications.
I submitted the form online and I got the acknowledgment.

Now I'd like to correct the information. I didn't book my appointment yet.

Now the questions are?

1. Can I file the second DS-160 form? The website allowed me to create a new application.
But I haven't submitted yet. Will it accept the second DS-160 when I submit it later?
If it accepts the second DS-160 form, I can schedule an interview with that DS-160, but
will it create any problem when my wife go to VISA interview?

2. Do I need to call the usatraveldoc guys and let them ask to delete the DS-160 form I submitted and
then file the next DS-160?
