Is L2 Dependent VISA stamping required for a Canada Citizen..?

Hi,

My son is a Canada born and has Canadian Passport. I'm in Canada now and going for L1-Blanket stamping in Canada.

Does my son need his L2 stampped..??
Or, being a Canada Citizen, he can enter in USA without any VISA..??

I dont think Canadian citizen spouse or Canadian Citizen Minor child would need a L2.
