We got our L1A Petition approved on 20-Dec-13, the status was updated in the portal on 24-Dec-13.

We are waiting for the approved petition papers since then, its been around 4 weeks now. Do anybody know as to how long the USCIS usually take to send the documents? Also share your experiences please? Thank you

Its still time for four weeks and with the holidays and heavy snow in the last 15 days delays are possible.

So, you say it takes a minimum of 4 weeks? Thanks for your reply

It typically doesn't but considering that it was a holiday weeks and weather conditions I wouldn't be surprised.
