L1 Visa Travel

Hi!,

I am travelling to US on my L1A Visa by feb 12th. Do i need to report to my Orgnization on next business day or can I take a STOP OVER (in US) during my migration and report to my organization after my vacation. Will this have any immigration impact or in any of my payroll activity.

As long as you are getting paid over the period of your vacation it shouldn't be an issue.
