Hi,
I am on L1A Visa is US and a people leader in my current role. I understand I cannot move to another Company on this Visa.
Can someone guide me:
1. If I can change job within my current Company on L1A?
2. to retain my L1A status, is it necessary that I opt for a People leader job only?
3. what happens to my Visa status if I change job to an individual contributor but remain at the same job level?
