I leave in India. My sister (US citizen) has filed F4 petition in Jan-2013. It will take around 10 years to get this processed.

Now my company want me to transfer to US office on L1-A visa.

Does my company require to declare my F4 petition details while applying L1-A visa?

What is the chance of getting this approval of L1-A?

Yes you have to declare but it shouldnt affect the approval decision for L1A.
