L1B Blanket || Very Urgent Guidance Required on a DS160 Issue

All - Facing a situation due to not being able to reopen the DS160 after submission.

I completed mine and did not print the full application and completed the dependants who are travelling with me.

Now i have a doubt on the intended date of arrival that i did with my application and theirs (when you go back also as a new application it shows everything else except this date ). I havent paid the Visa fee yet but generated the USTravel Docs receipt to take to the bank.

Question I have is, when you reopen the DS160, it gives an option to fill a new application (All old information stays except this intended date of travel). Could I do that to be absolutely sure and redo my dependants also (Since i did their DS160 as a family members in Thank you page). Or pls suggest if we can leave theirs as I know the correct dates in theirs and took print out of their application as well.

Any guidance and quick suggestion would be greatly appreciated as I intend to pay the fees tomorrow morning IST.

Hi,

In the 'intended date of travel' section they ask for a tentative date in case of a L1/L2 VISA. This section is more important if you are applying for a B1/B2 VISA.

If you have entered info like passport number, date of birth, L1 petition number etc, correctly, ideally there should not be any problem with your DS-160 application. But you do need a printout of the DS-160 confirmation page.
