Is my spouse's current EAD valid if we get a new L1 and L2 Visa

Mine and my Spouse L1 and L2 Visa is valid till Aug 2014. Her EAD is valid till November 2015 as we have I-94 validity till then. Since our US L visa is getting expired on Aug 2014 my employer is asking us to go to Canada and get a new L1 and L2 Visa stamped. My questions are, when her new L2 visa get stamped around Aug 2014

1)Will her current EAD become Invalid ?
2)If so when she applies for her new EAD does she needs to quit her current job ?

Please advise. Any suggestions will be really helpful.
