I-94 Extension for L1 by CPB office

Hi All,

I want to know if I have a valid L1 B Visa till Aug-2015 but my I-94 is getting expired in June-2014 due to passport expiry.
I got my passport renewed.

Now, If I visit local CBP office, will they renew my I-94 ?
Has anyone did this in recent time and what kind of questions are asked ?

Answer

I found the answer - It is No. CPB office does not change your I-94 date, they only help you in correcting your information if anything is wrong on I-94.
I visited the local office today.
