I worked 5 years in US under L1B visa and my company converted me to L1A visa due to a role change 6 months prior to my L1B end date. Now I have my L1A valid till Oct 2014. I visited India in June 2013 due to personal reasons and worked from Indian office. I have a requirement coming up in US again, I am planning to get my L1A which is valid till Oct 2014 to be stamped and go to US after June 2014. This way my 1 year in India will be complete. Now in reaching US I have to extend my L1A petition since it is valid only till Oct 2014. Now what are my chances of extending the L1A from US. How is the approval success rate now?
