L1 Extension and EAD renewal

Dear all

My L1 is expiring on 15th Sep 2014. My company will apply for extension in June or July.

My wife's L2 EAD is also expiring on 15th Sep.

In this case I dont have enough time to get the L2-EAD renewed. (It takes 3 months to get EAD renewed).

Should i wait till my L1 extension is complete (or) can i apply for L1/L2 extension and EAD renewal concurrently.

I beleive this is a common scenario for people staying in L1 and spouse working using L2 EAD.

If anyone else has gone through this scenario can you please advise.

You can apply for L1, L2 extensions and EAD altogether. Also , you can apply as early as 6 Months before I-94 expiry that is, 15th March 2014, in your case.
