Hi,
I am currenty in US on L1A visa. I came to US in L1B in 2007 and later converted to L1A in 2012. I have 7 more months left in L1A.
What is my deadline for applying GC. Should I have to apply 6 months before the L1A expiring date before applying for GC?

Well it will be really difficult to get the GC in next 7 Months even for L1A EB1 category. If you dont get a GC in next 7 Months, it would pretty much mean you would have to be out of US till you get GC or till you get another visa stamped, whichever is earlier.
