Hi all,
I am italian and my company is going to create a new LLC in US. They will send me to open it and work in it.
I need some help to understand the steps I need to take to obtain a L1 visa.
1. I need to create the LLC company first?
2. the LLC company will complete a I-129 form in my name, who do you need to present it to? USCIS or US embassy in Italy?
3. I need to do a visa application with the US embassy in Italy? what visa? what other forms do I need to fill in?
for now I have encountered forms DS-160, I-129 but I dont understand which go first and to who we need to present them.
Last question: I will be living in US together with my wife and two children. I read they can enter on a L2 basis visa, where do I indicate this in the I-129 form? or is there other forms to accompany my application?
