L1B Rejected for Spouse | Can apply L2

Hi Guys,

Im a L1B holder and presently in US for last 2 months. Now my wife also works in the same company and she applied for L1B visa. This was rejected last week.

My queries are:

1. Can she apply for dependent visa?
2. Does L1B rejection has an impact on dependent visa?
3. If Yes, how much do we need to wait before she applies for dependent visa.

Thanks Raghvi. and what about EAD, will she be able to get EAD without any issue. Will L1B rejection have any bearing on it.
