Clock reset

Hi,
I came to US in 2008 on L1B individual petition.
Stayed for 3 years and went back. In the same month came back on new L1B blanket petition.stayed in US for 1year and returned to home country.Again came back to USA on the same petition after staying abroad for more than 365 days. Is my clock reset in this case?

if you work outside 365 days your clock resets anyways.

Not exactly true, its work outside 365 days as well as use a new petition. Since the member came back on the same petition the clock wasn't reset.

Thanks .one more question is my 5 years limit in US get counted from first petition ie 2008 or from second petition I.e 2010

Total time spent in US in all the petitions if there was no 1 Year continuous gap between any of them or if same petition was used.
