  • No surname in passport

I have to go for L1 Visa stamping on Oct 14th 2005.(i already gone US once in B1 in 2002).

Now the question - Is it necessary to have the Surname in passport. My Passport does not have the Surname, instead my whole name is given in the 'Given Name'. Will this cause the rejection of Visa?

    Hi,
Not an issue. Visa will be issued in the name as given in the passport., if that is the actual name.
