Dear all,
Here is my situation and my company filed a L-1 visa for me to move to US from Hong Kong. The thing is that my fiancee (been together for 6 years) has just moved to the states for about 3 months before as an LPR. I am about to have an interview with my local US Consulate and I am just wondering if the fact that my fizncee is in the US would have an impact on my L-1 visa application. I am a British national and I am planning to get married in the UK, I think migrating to the US is kinda out of the question for me at this point since my visa would be expiring in 5 years time (Just right after she becomes a US citizen).
All opinions are greatly appreciated!
