No update after RFE response review

USCIS center has received my RFE response 1 month back, still waiting for the decision, If USCIS taking long to make decision means denial?, Also I couldnot see any soft LUD on the case.

USCIS has been taking time off late and reasons could be multitude. There is nothing that can be done apart from waiting on it rather than assuming. If in a hurry upgrade to premium.

No update after RFE response review

My case is also pending at RFE response review stage since dec 2013.

USCIS doesn't always respond to RFE evidence that has been submitted. Sometimes you get a confirmation, other times you do not. The USCIS status page (reachable from https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboar...Llb7AQ8IEuOusu ) will sometimes indicate that evidence has been received.

This is a news from a top MNC that most of the l1B Individual is getting rejected. I personally have heard that there are 6 rejection in a particular acct itself. It is of all of them who has applied. Do any1 has any news on this.

I have followed up twice with uscis with no positive response. I have few more days to wait and now planning to go back to home country. Good luck for you!!
