L1B Visa and L to H conversion

Hi,

Currently i am with L1B Extn with I94 valid Until Sep 7 2013. My comany applied for L- to H converison for this year.Also my compnay applied for Green card Dec 2013.and initiated L1B extn again.
Please let me know the chances of getting H1B visa . Will they consider the PERM processing during H conversion?Since chances of getting L1 Extn is very very less.

Chances of H1 are as good as for other applicants. No one can predict. Your PERM processing will not increase or decrease your chances of H1.

How long have you been on L1B in US? As your L1B I-94 is expiring before 01-Oct-2014 unless L1 Extension is approved first your COS to H1 may not be approved.
