My L1A visa is valid till 2017 but due to max out I returned to India on Oct 2013.
My L1A petition is is valid indefinitely but on the Visa PED(Petition expiry date) mentioned is 15th Oct(which was my max out date).
My question is can I re-enter US after a year on the same Visa without the need for a new petition?
