Total Stay Period in L1 and H1 VISA
Hello,
Currently I am in L1-B VISA and its been 3.5 years now and staying in USA for around 2.5 years. My Company is filing H1-B VISA this years (2014).
I would like to know, once I receive H1-B VISA, how many years I can stay in USA? Is it another 2.5 years or entire 6 years?
