Dear Officer,
I need certain clarifications regarding L1 VISA
Please find the petetion details for oneof the employees of our concern

Petition validity dates: 10/25/2002 through 10/24/2005
Class : L1B

Now this person is in India since his mother was not well he came back to india from U.S well before expiry of the petetion.Now there is a emergency requirement in u.s so he needs to go back immediately in L1 Visa is it possible for him to book the web appointment using the same petetion number,since his petetion has validity till OCT 24 2005(WE ARE PLANNING TO MAKE EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT)

Is it possible for him to extend his petetion after reaching U.S?OR

whether we need to extend the petetion and send him to U.S

Hi,
I think it is better to get the petition extended and then go for the stamping. Depending upon the availibility of appointments, the present petition may have already expired on the earliest available appointment date!
