Has anyone recently got their L1B approved after RFE??. If so, can you please say, after how long you received the approval. I am waiting for almost 50 days now.

For me it's 102 days now. We never know any day we can get l1b rfe result. Keep waiting and hope for best!!

I 2 received rfe on my application. I received it on 12th feb14 .my employer has not yet submitted the doc, they said it was due to client letter.

Is it new L1B or Extension.. If it is Extension we have to wait for (Worst case) 240 days... rule.

Received Blue slip/221g for L1B in Feb asking invite Letter & Resume. Responded after 20 days. Received Approved Visa in next 10 days. All the Best.

Check the requested information again. They would ideally not ask for Client letter in L1. It might be internal invite letter.

I am waiting for more than 3 months after submitting rfe response. I know another person in this forum who has been waiting for more than 5 months.anytime within 240 days after i94 expiry is the timeline unless you have filed premium

Anybody got L1 Approved After March 2014

I have replied RFE Response on March 13 2014, but I didn't get any response yet. Anybody got response ? or decision (Normal - Vermont center). it almost 56 days gone..
