Hi,
My company filed my L1 Individual on 1st Oct 2013 and got an RFE on Jan 25th 2014. I prepared the documents and submitted them on 17th March 2014. Since it may take around another 3-4 months for the decision, my Company wants me to travel UK for 4months(and may extend for couple of more months) on a different assignment. There is no guarantee that I will come back to the same project which I filed in L1 petition after returning from UK. My queries are
1) What happens to my L1 petition if it gets approved? Can I go to stamping with the approved petition after returning from UK?
2) If the petition gets approved, how much time do I have to go for stamping and Can I go for stamping from UK?
I need urgent help on this.
