In planning stages for future L1 - Please Help
Planning for future L1. We are a small US company. We want to do business in another country to aid in our game development. What is the easiest, cheapest and best form to set up the foreign requirement - branch, subsidiary, joint venture or what? We only need a small foreign operation. And how would the taxation of the foreign employee's wages be handled? Where can we find more information on the tax aspects of this?
