I joined my organization in India in March 2012 in the capacity of a Manager. My H1B was applied for and approved by Oct 2012. I traveled to US for the first time in Jan 2013.
Since Jan 2013, I have been spending time between US and India based on project requirements. I have returned to India last week. I am keen to apply for L1A now though my H1B is still valid for few more years.
Need advice if I am eligible to apply for L1A and if not, what needs to be done for me to be eligible to apply for L1A ( Ex:- spend 1 year in India now before applying? as I spent 10 months with my firm in India when I first joined before traveling to US)
