L1 A from my own company as a director

hello,

has anyone applied under L1A as a director/executive of their own company. I have a small company in US when i was there earlier but now am in UK, running my own company. Both are very small, online trading company, operating websites.

Any suggestions if appliying for an L1a worth a try. Any experiences if you can share would be very helpful.

Also any suggestions on the lawyer that I can hire?

its not worth for small companies

firstly you need to have office space for 1 year lockin

then you need to employ a manager who will take high salary.

secondly you need to remit atleast 50,000 or more because anything less than that they question the authenticity and scope of the business plan

so think about above factors and costs before going ahead
