H4 to L1B

Hi All,

I currently have an H4 Visa. My husband is in the U.S with an h1 since 4months. I was unable to travel with him as I had to get a release from my company. I am still in India and wanted to elave to the U.S by the end of this month. Now my company has agreed to initiate an L1 Blanket Visa for me. I'm into taxes and work for one of the Big 4 companies. I have been with the firm for close to 3years. What are my chances of approval?

Also, in case my L1B is rejected, what would be my further options for a work visa? H1 is ruled out as the cap is already filled.

Any suggestions would be geratly appreciated.

Your success with L1 would depend upon how specialized your profile is. Is it L1B or L1A?

If you dont get L1, with H1 cap already over, there wouldn't be possibility of any other work visa, unless you plan to work for a non profit organization.
