Hi,
My L1-Blanket visa was approved in Sep 2013, valid for 3 yrs, however the underlying I129-S has the employment dates valid for only 6 months, expired now. I had traveled for short term to US and will have to begin my employment from June 2014
Attorney firm had communicated to me that there are remote chances of a CBP officer requesting for I129-S, and my entry getting denied based on the employment dates on the I129-S
-- Have anyone faced such a situation?
-- What may be the probability of denial of entry based on the I129-S employment dates?
-- Is it possible to change the employment dates on the I129-S?
-- Do I have to re-apply for a Visa again with new dates?
-- What may be the chances of Visa being rejected if I have to go for the visa again?
-- I have also applied for re-issue of passport. Do I have opt for employment dates extension or apply for Visa in the same category again
Thank you much for your time!!!
Thanks, Kashvi
