  • L1 B petetion i-129s proposed dates of employments

Hi, I need a clarification on i-129s proposed dates of employment column.
I got my petetion in Oct 2013 but for personal reasons I coundnt go for visa interview till now.
My intended dates of employment were mentioned as oct2013 to oct 2016 in I-129S.

Does it create any issue in the visa interview. Can I schedule an appointment with the consulate.
Are there any possibilty that consular officer may ask for the delay or any of such kind of thinking they do to approve the visa?

    Can you please clarify.

    Thanks,
    Ravi

You may get visa only till Oct 2016.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

Thank you. As there is delay in applying is there a possiblity of rejection on this reason?
