I traveled to India in March 2014 and there was a new i94 when returned to US in the last week of March. Before moving to India I have submitted all my docs with i94(old one) to my employer filing H1. The employer has filed H1 with my old i94 on Apr1, 2014. Would that affect my petition approval?
