I-94 Extension after L1B expiry

I am On L1B visa expired June 25th 2013 and staying on I-94 valid till Sep 30th 2014( duration of stay by sep 30th is 3yrs ).

Can My I-94 extended beyond Sep 30th?
Can My L1B visa renewed which is already expired last year june ?
Or Does company needs to file new L1B?
If company files new L1B or extension I-94 in month of September , can i work till it gets approved/denied

Yes, I -94 can be extended.
Visa can be renewed only outside US.
You can work till I-94 extension decision comes or 240 Days from I-94 expiry.
