Is it a true fact that most of the L1B Individual are getting rejected in this year even from top MNC companys with a reason of "Hard core political reason"???? Please suggest.

Is it a true fact that most of the L1B Individual are getting rejected in this year even from top MNC companys with a reason of "Hard core political reason"???? Please suggest.

I dont know what political reason there could be. L1s have been faced with more scrutiny since last few years. But I would say it was the L1s approved more than 5 Years back which were approved liberally without applying the true L1 guidelines.

Do u have any idea of approval rate of L1 Petition this yr?

Each case is different, there are senior executives, patent holders, basic graduates all applying under L1 so very difficult to generalize all under same category and give a number.
