Payment requirment on L1
Hi ,
Just wanted to know on possible salary payment options in L1 .
Case:
Company has development sales and presales in India branch , and in US branch company has sales presales and customer support departments.
My company is thinking of transferring me on L1 (Special Knowledge worker)visa to US . However they want to pay me in India and they will give me per Day allowance till the time I am in US.
My Question
Can company actually pay me in INDIA after I have been transferred to US Head office ? Or company should pay me dollar salary and salary in Rupees is not as per the rules ?
