Hi,

I am filling the DS-160 for L1 blanket, for my spouse. I have a doubt regarding the Present Work/Education/Training Information section.

He will be moving with me on a dependent status and till he gets his EAD, will not work. Since we plan to travel immediately post the visa approval (the appointment date is May ending) he already resigned from his organization, due to the long notice period they have. He is doing some training on SASS and Analytics to upgrade his skills too.

Given the above case, what details should I write for my spouse's Present Work/Education/Training Information section?
