Partner traveling with L1 visa holder

Hi

I am just being asigned to the USA , I work for a multinational and am eligible for L1 and L2

The company is applying for an L1 visa for me , However I have a problem in that my girlfriend has no US visa and as we are not married it's not possible to get a Visa for her .

She is a Guyanese National , I know getting married would fix this but I am not yet divorced.

Any ways to fix this ?

There is no "partner visa" if you want her to travel with you on L2 you would need to marry her.
