L1B RFE Response time

Hi,
My L1B has been expired Apr 20th 14, and RFE was received in Apr, and i am suppose to reply the RFE by June 13 2014.
Can anyone is similar situation advice how long its taking these days to receive the response once i reply my RFE by June 13th??

Is it possible to plan for the worst case scenario (rejection) After responding the RFE? If someone can provide me an approximate time when i can receive my rejection/approval? That will be great.

No one can predict the timelines. Some get result in as little as a week or so whereas there are forum members who have been waiting for months after responding to the RFE. If you want a response in 15 days upgrade to premium.

Is the RFE Response time for New Application less than extension one? Generally a 90 days time is given for L1B Individual New Application
