Hello,
I am on L1B and want my wife and 3 months old kid to join me in US on L2 dependent visa.
Both my wife and kid have a valid passport. But on my passport I don’t have my wife’s name endorsed and neither my wife have my name endorsed on her passport.
Though we have a valid marriage certificate with us. (with full wedding album, card and everything else available)
And have a valid birth certificate of my kid with mine and my wife name mentioned on it.
Also, the address on my passport and my wife passport are different.
I will be thankful if anyone can help me understand whether above issues will create any obstacle in getting my wife and son a L2 dependent visa.
