    Hello Folks,

    I'm supposed to receive my petition from my Parent company (USA). The petition would contain my blanket number and my specialized skills incorporated.

    Will L1 B Blanket petition copy ever go to USCIS before i take it to interviewer during my Visa interview?

    What exactly is the question? Generally L1 Blanket candidates are scrutinized only at the consulates. L1 Individual petition candidates are scrutinized by USCIS.

      HR asked for the resume to begin paperwork related to Petition and I had incorporated Company proprietary skill set and technology related details in the resume. I just wanted to know if petition is scrutinized by USCIS prior to my interview. I got my answer. Thanks.

      I have got near about 3.8 years of experience in the current company and it is my first company. Should i bother about having less experience?

      Recently, one of my colleagues ( with almost 4 years of exp) attended the interview ( L1 B Blanket) at chennai and he was asked just two questions.
      1st is about the client and 2nd is about the package. He was rejected after his reply.

      What could be reasons for this case?

        If one is truly specialized at 4 Years exp one should be paid handsomely too. Unwritten rule but this is one possible way they might be gauging whether the employee is truly specialized or not.

          I have one more question. I have received my petition last week and it had written intended travel dates were from 6/30/2014 to 6/30/2017.
          If interviewer asks me about duration of stay in US, should i stick to petition content or can i say him other answers like Project implementation is of 15 to 18 months and i will return to India once project work is done.
